No, I don’t accept the validity of that equation at all. There are a hundred points or more between those two extremes. Most “first world” countries regularly function with differing balances BETWEEN both of those choices.
Glad you responded Invisible and I agree that real states vary widely, however, my point was that none are stable enough to be instituted across the board as potentially successful for everyone. I am not setting myself up here as though I have an answer, that is why I wrote this. I am disappointed I can only see it this way. I have always hoped it is because I am not smart enough.
