It was all proved wrong, of course

My life’s industry has been watching TV.
The programs and their advertisements determined all that I wanted and as craving demands satisfaction, subsequently the entirety of my personality formed around it. I was a person of more exposure than those who came before me.
It was rare until college that dinner that wasn’t in front of a TV for me.
There was a great deal of hysterical cautioning about television and children back then.
It was all proved wrong, of course.
