Your average frightened woman
by Regis Boff
A human being is not particularly appealing in and of itself. It is mostly just holed expanses of skin with tufts of hair. In fact, beauty needs always to be interpreted by broad cultural orientations to achieve itself. I do not find Mongolian women attractive and, in fairness, one of them has ever hit on me in any bar either. It always, “just depends.”
Women toil at their appeal for vastly longer swatches of their day than men do. We depend principally on lack of odor and clean hair as our building blocks of presentation.
Women, conversely, tool themselves daily with Vietcong camouflages then still leave the house feeling less than they really are.
“Less than they really are,” that’s the key here.
Women are sensible so they can forgive men their appearance, understanding that husbands will eventually serve other purposes. Where they are unwise is that they never excuse themselves.
Women regularly carp about having to maintain their allure to keep a man attracted. This is because few women ever trust the love of a man.
